Reporting to the CFO and accountable for development and execution of global and domestic, business related internal audit functions. Engagement at all levels is essential to driving trusted relationships and my adaptable style is key in a global environment.

In this role, I reported functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to the Chief Compliance Officer. I designed, developed and executed a Corporate internal audit function where none existed previously. Recruited a staff of 3 with responsibility for raising the overall level of governance by establishing controls and disciplined processes within the global entities. Lead the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements for the company.

In this role, I managed a staff of 8 with responsibility for developing and executing the company’s audit plan, in addition to leading significant corporate governance initiatives within the company. I designed and implemented the privacy program for the company.

Manage a staff 8 with the responsibility for conducting risk based store compliance audits, oversight of all store inventory counts, distribution center compliance, and corporate audits.
