This included the identification of improvements in the value stream outside of Finance- Led the global close process redesign project resulting in the standardisation and optimisation of the month-end close process- Carried out the process improvement of the billing and reporting processes for Global Asset Management, leading to a reduction in operating cost and mitigation of identified operating risks

- Redesigned the core reporting process resulting in effort reduction and an improvement in time to market- Worked with the Finance management to design and implement a shared services model resulting in an enhanced customer experience for end-users- Enabled the Finance team to focus on business partnering through the identification and reduction in non-core activities
