Then I was used as the Trainer for MKS and after a few years was also asked to work for the Implementation Department. After a year I was asked to help Development with Quality Assurance. As a Product Specialist with MKS, I have assisted Full Service UL Central Stations, some with over 1,500 dealers and 200,000 monitor accounts, Government Agencies, Educational Institutions and Alarm Installers become more efficient, reduce operation costs and become more profitable. To do this, I have created a needs analysis and developed a detailed plan with recommendations and solutions. This system provides the only Single Point Entry System in the industry which empower Central Stations with the ability to monitor accounts, track service, track inventory and bill RMR within one platform.No Synchronization or Poor 3rd party software integration's.I have also helped Alarm Dealers become more efficient and profitable by implementing the Back-Office Management Platform. Soon, Dealer will have the ability to upload and download to a Central Station using Micro Key all central station related account information with a single click.Today, over 4,000 customers worldwide are powered by MKS.
