Key responsibilities include:• Manage multiple representative accounts across North America• Create Custom Air handling unit solutions from customers’ requirements• Strive to become basis of design by working with the Engineer and our representative.• Travel to customer locations as and when needed to give software training, lunch and learns, consultant/engineer visits and awareness sessions• After sales project management from sales order through to delivery. • Manage multiple customer deadlines for quotations and technical data• Build and strengthen current customer relationships• Create AutoCAD drawings of air handler designs for engineering submittal• Create quotes for both large and small commercial projects• Create supporting quotation documents and technical data such as fan curves, coil selections and acoustical data

Key responsibilities included:• Manage the Layout team consisting of three members of staff• Ensure the consistent delivery of Layout design packages to the shop floor• Continuous improvement of the processes and procedures within the Layout group• Create bills of material on the MRP system from engineering drawings and information for large industrial and commercial projects• Plan workload for the layout group to ensure adequate lead times are available for manufacturing• Track change costs driven by external change requests to the Layout department

Key responsibilities included:• Full engineering control of various production cells• Maintaining and updating issue status of planning on the shop floor• Ensuring processes met customer requirements at all times• Preparing for quality audits • Using quality systems such as six sigma to evaluate quality in individual cells• Creating new routings and maintaining existing routings on the MRP system• Assisting in resolving technical problems on the shop floor• Project management of various ongoing short and long term projects.• Leading continuous improvement meetings and targets.• Analyzing scrap and rework figures for production cells.• Identifying key areas for improvement through analysis.
