About David Seitz

I am an accredited and experienced senior analyst in underwriting and Salesforce effectiveness. I lead strategic initiatives and manage various project teams focused on risk mitigation, revenue growth and improved customer experience. My career began in sales in both professional baseball and hockey. After attaining my MBA, I transitioned to credit underwriting and financial services. I continue to rely on those communication and teamwork skills I've built as part of my current role in Business Initiatives Management.My accomplishments and achievements have been recognized throughout every step in my career. I surpassed all sales goals in my first full-season in professional hockey and have received multiple promotions in different lines of business during my time at Wells Fargo. I started as a client consultant in Asset Management in Boston and was then given the opportunity to relocate to Chicago as part of a new financial analyst program with Commercial Distribution Finance. Upon graduation from Wells Fargo's Financial Analyst Program, I was chosen to participate in the highly-selective Credit Management Training Program in San Francisco, CA for the future leaders of the bank. I returned to Commercial Distribution Finance in Chicago and took on a promotion as a Commercial Excellence - Sr. Analyst where I supported our Recreational Vehicles, New Relationship Development and Canada divisions. As part of the greater reorganization to Distribution Finance, I have since moved to Tampa, FL and taken on a new role as a Business Initiatives Leader.I also believe in giving back to my community, which I have done through volunteering with the Junior Board of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago in their various community service activities, including food packing for the Senior Food Nutrition Program, Read-to-Me for children of Madonna House and Mary’s Closet for refugees. After relocating to Tampa, I began participating in volunteer activities coordinated by the Sacred Heart Young Professionals and Sacred Heart Love INC. Ministry.
