With over 40 years experience in the RETAIL industry working from the shop floor to COO position at Arcadia Group.Just over 26 years service at Arcadia via the Buying route I then oversaw the phenomenal growth of Topman from 1999-2012 as Managing Director operating 270 UK stores and 80 global stores with turnover in excess of £450m.As COO from 2012-2019 I was a member of Arcadia’s main board and worked on the Global expansion of the TopShop/Topman brands online and operating over 160 stores in USA ,Far East ,Middle East and Australia .I headed up the group Sourcing functions with offices in Hong Kong and China .I also looked after Outfit the retail park business and also oversaw Miss Selfridge.Since retiring from Arcadia I have set up a consultancy business SRC Ltd and have worked at Ted Baker as a consultant on structure and sourcing and have served as an NED for a creative consultancy BDA LDN for the past 2 years overseeing board strategy and delivering growth .I have served as a Trustee for the Fashion and Textile Children’s Trust (FTCT)for the past 16 years and was a former Governor at the Fashion Retail Academy .
