I have been in the machine tool industry since 1988. I started out as multi-spindle drill press operator and ball seater in a small tool and die shop located in Salisbury NC. As my career progressed I advanced to being a engine lathe and bridgeport mill machine operator which eventually led to me getting into the CNC side of machining. My CNC experience grew from being an operator to a setup guy and eventually to a programmer for both machining centers and turning centers, as well as, an applications and service enigneer. During this time I decided to make the machine tool industry my career and attended Rowan Cabarrus Community College where I graduated from their Machinist progarm in 1993. I now work as a tooling designer where I oversee all Workholding and Perishable Tooling for all projects that come through our facility. I believe you should always put the customer first and treat all people and situations with integrity, honesty, and respect.
