CurrentWe are proud to announce that entering January 2019, OBG has joined forces with Ramboll – with the same trusted relationships and dedicated project teams that you have come to expect from OBG.Managed the repurposing and demolition of multiple buildings on an active pharmaceutical facility. To include: construction of a new truck unload facility, development and implementation of a hazardous materials sampling and decontamination plan, relocation of an active telecommunication and process monitoring system, and demolition of a 3 story, approximately 70,000 sf building. Demolition included working around active building fire protection until the building demolition started, and relocation of steam and compressed air around the demolition site. Post demolition activities included construction of concrete retaining wall and metal siding for adjacent building, chemical feed line installation to the truck unload facility and other modifications to adjacent buildings.
