The objectives for this project were to direct the business analysis primarily focused on the process of recording work-related time by the exempt and non-exempt staff members in the Southern California Region. Client: American Association of Retired Persons (AARP)The Association organization initiated the Membership Processing Information System II business analysis to be conducted by joint partnership of IBM and CTP. The organization set the objectives for this project, and they were to provide a basis for assessment and prioritization of current and new user requests. Also, this project provided information required to identify and evaluate alternatives for evolving the MIPS application, and provide rigorous model of membership processes, data, organization, and strategy in order to confirm the system support required and to communicate this understanding to both the Data Center and user personnel. Client: Hughes Aircraft CompanyThe Radar Group needed to develop an Electronic Timecard System using Sterling KnowledgeWare's ADW software for the full systems development lifecycle of analysis, design, and construction. The objective of this project was to develop a corporate wide time reporting system for salaried professionals. I worked with the developers to get the project back on track and had the project delivered on time and within budget.
