With over two decades of experience in information technology, I embarked on my journey in 2003 within the military, steadily advancing from an enlisted Senior Non-Commissioned Officer to the rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7). Transitioning to the Officer side as a Chief Warrant Officer 2, I honed my skills in administering, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining tactical server stacks encompassing Domain Controller, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, File share, and numerous tactical servers, all orchestrated through vSphere to support a sizable organization of approximately 1400 individuals.Throughout my tenure, I orchestrated the planning and execution of these resources for large-scale training events and deployments to austere locations. Leading multiple teams, ranging from small 4-5 member groups to overseeing an entire department with a 25-person helpdesk, I've cultivated a versatile skill set, adept at navigating diverse challenges and overcoming obstacles.My military experience has instilled in me adaptability, flexibility, and a tenacious problem-solving mindset. Eager to leverage these skills in the civilian sector, I am enthusiastic about furthering my professional development and exploring new opportunities.
