▪ Serve as the single point of preclinical study control and responsible for the compliance of the study to Good Laboratory Practices, the Animal Welfare Act, and all other applicable regulations▪ Manage all preclinical study activities within and outside of PRL; determine study objectives and schedules; ensure the availability of the proper devices and equipment to successfully conduct the study; ensure all aspect of the data package meet protocol requirements and expected scientific practices▪ Partner with other scientists, researchers and engineers in the development of study designs, protocols, and final reports; independently manage studies of significant complexity; contribute to overall preclinical strategy for collaborative sponsor groups ▪ Lead a multidisciplinary team in the development, conduct and completion of Preclinical studies. This team is made up of numerous functions, including: quality assurance, surgical and veterinary support, animal care, clinical chemistry, pathology, project managers, engineers, and researchers

▪ Assist study directors in the management and execution of study activities performed at PRL▪ Interact with clients and participate in the development of study designs, objectives, protocols, and reports with other scientists, researchers, and engineers▪ Ensure the availability of the proper devices, product, and equipment to successfully conduct the study▪ Review all aspects of the study data package in preparation for regulatory submission to verify Good Laboratory Practice compliance, summarize study results, verify data accuracy and completion, and provide corrective documentation where applicable

▪ Adapted the PRL Micra TPS physician training program to the Nicholson Laboratory in Orlando, FL by acting as technical lead and providing surgical training and supervision for the live animal model portion of device training, resulting in the training of over 250 physicians and furthering Micra TPS market penetration▪ Provide first assist surgical support for over 180 chronic and acute procedures annually providing technical proficiency and anatomical expertise▪ Perform animal preparation, anesthesia and analgesia monitoring, drug administration, fluoroscopic imaging, and related peri-operative duties in support of successful study execution

▪ Prepare animals for surgery, monitors anesthesia and animal vitals during surgical, interim, and terminal procedures▪ Assists surgeons and interventionalists during surgical procedures, including sterile field preparation, draping, surgical site closure, assisting tableside, and instrument passing▪ Monitors animals during their initial post-operative recovery, and during their critical recovery phase on the days following surgery, including performing TPRs (temp, pulse, respiration), auscultation of the heart and lungs, accessing pain of animals at incision sites, changing wound dressings, and administering medications
