Responsible for the day to day management and long term planning for a fluctuating portfolio of properties nationwide with the goal of providing Pi Kappa Phi chapters with a home that members and alumni can utilize to enhance the fraternal experience.Supervise a team of that provides all services to the portfolio that includes a Property Manager and Leasing Coordinator.

Ensure that all fraternity members of 12 inter/national fraternities enjoy a living environment that is physically and emotionally safe, secure, and supportive of the educational process, and is designed to hold individuals and groups responsible for their behavior. Provide a living environment that is committed to enhancing the university experience by providing, academic, educational, cultural, recreational, and interpersonal programs within the Greek community while representing student issues and concerns to the campus at large with the intention of enhancing student support and the quality of campus life at the university.-Supervise 11 university-owned chapter houses with 300 total bed spaces, in all aspects of function, including staffing and facility capitol plans. -Managed $8,000,000 in University assets and an annual operating budget of $2,500,000. -Conducted regular risk assessments and quality assurance reviews to evaluate compliance with requirements and to identify potential gaps in policies, procedures and business processes.-Developed strategies to improve non-performing loans, reduce delinquencies, maximize recoveries and minimize losses. Identify potential problem credits and provide guidance to staff in restructuring the credit and/or minimizing of losses.- Work with campus partners, volunteer advisors, professional headquarters staff and undergraduate leadership to provide direction for the men’s fraternal community to be congruent with both fraternity procedure and policies as dictated by institutional mission.

Oversaw the living, learning and developmental functions of 10 residential buildings, programs and technology, staff, training, conduct response and resident well being. Responsible for all judicial adjudication of fraternity and sorority members/groups. Total community that was directly overseen: Approx. 700 students ACHIEVEMENTS: -Responsible for reducing fraternity member conduct from 51% of all cases involving fraternity and sorority members to 26% of all cases involving Greek members.-Assisted in opening the campus for Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, Inc colonization.-Increased fraternity and sorority population of student body form 29% to 33%.

Responsible for the attainment of key response areas for 90 chapters in a three regional system. Through the supervision of two consultants and the utilization of a regional volunteer structure, created a region-wide plan for recruitment, education, training and leadership opportunities for all undergraduate members of the national fraternity. ACHIEVEMENTS: -Arrested decline in membership in the region.-Doubled the size of the engaged and trained volunteer corps in the region.-Oversaw the largest Tau Kappa Epsilon Regional Leadership Conference in the nation in Atlanta, GA.
