He combines his deep understanding of the antitrust laws with experience advising on the unique issues that face these clients, including the intersection of antitrust and healthcare markets, intellectual property laws and standard setting, and the Robinson-Patman Act and vertical distribution issues.He also has a robust pro bono practice and was recognized by the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia with the Klepper Prize for Volunteer Excellence.
