• Supporting a small office with limited personnel. Have had to wear many different hats at any given time.• Managing and enhancing C# and ASP.NET application in a 3-Tier, multi-version, multi-database environment.• Development of client Correspondence and Reporting tools through use of Office Automation.• Creating interfaces for importing data retrieved through Call Centers and exporting to standard text and XML formats.• Creating various web services using SOAP for exchanging XML based messages using industry-based, ACORD standard.• Maintaining and enhancing multi-threaded NT service workflow management layer.• Performing daily builds and deployment for testing.• Creating Component Specification documents for each work order or major change to the system. These help to identify the technical requirements of integrating changes into the system.• Providing support to the customer directly by phone and through use of 3rd Party Bug reporting software.
