• Designated as key personnel in my position, and subsequently transferred as incumbent to new ITS contract under Tantus Technologies in February 2022.• Manage daily IT Operations for the TTB's National Revenue Center (NRC) with particular focus on data center management, network infrastructure support, imaging support (document management), and IT process improvement. • Oversee all aspects of the NRC Data Center to ensure consistent availability, as well as maintaining continuity with the data center at HQ in Washington, D.C. • Coordinate and/or Lead IT project initiatives at the NRC, communicating with the different teams involved, as well as 3rd party vendors, and monitor and report progress to the OCIO level. • Manage, coordinate, support, and report on IT projects at the NRC including but not limited to: software testing and process improvement for custom agency applications such as IRIS, PONL, Unified Scanning; hardware configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of user equipment such as VOIP phones, thin clients, laptops, and secure access devices; installation and configuration of network servers and appliances in the data center. • Track IT inventory and assets, and perform annual inventory and accountability reports, as well as disposal of obsolete equipment, as part of hardware lifecycle management. • Provide desk side support for users at the NRC, including troubleshooting and triage of hardware, networking, VOIP, and TTB custom applications; and extending that support to remote users (teleworkers). • Assist with IT-related Facilities management, including external internet provisioning, HVAC systems for the data center, and power generation (UPS and diesel generator) repair and maintenance for the NRC. • Regular coordination with the ISSO (security/cybersecurity) for access to facilities and TTB network systems, including HID, PIV, and Gemalto devices.

• Hired by CNSI in the role of Warranty Support Technician at HQ AFMC, primarily repairing computers and printers from a variety of vendors.• Promoted to Asset Management Specialist after 2 months, to organize and maintain LAN Office property. Assisted in product evaluation for annual Tech Refresh project, of which I was primary coordinator.• Reassigned as a Field Technician by own request in 2004, to continue expanding experience. Part of team responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting computers across the HQ AFMC, as well as LAN support, help desk dispatch and small device support (Palm, Blackberry, etc.)• Promoted to Work Group Manager and assigned the Transformation Directorate (TR), to provide direct technical support to the organization’s executives, and administrative staff. My role was expanded at this time to provide support for TR’s staff of 150 employees.• Transformation Directorate reorganized and became the Communications and Information Directorate (A6), and my support role expanded once more to encompass the CIO, Deputy CIO, CTO and SA to the CIO, and administrative staff. The regular staff for A6 expanded to approximately 180 employees, whom I continued to provide support. My title also changed to CSA during this period, but my duties remained the same.• In March 2007, the IT Support contract was awarded to a new company, S4 Inc. and A6 began reorganization. I was reassigned to Field Technician duties in the interim.• In August 2007, was reinstated as a CSA and placed in the HQ AFMC/FM (Financial Management) organization as part of a team. Duties included managing Video Teleconferencing (VTC) rooms, Asset Management, end-user training for Windows Vista and Office 2007, SDC (Standard Desktop Configuration) testing with FM specific programs, and daily support for FM’s 230 customers, including their Front Office. By end of March, VTC duties were transferred to military personnel, though we continued to provide technical support.
