In December 2021, MOO began the adventure of relocating our manufacturing facility and creating a corporate headquarters in the US. This required a level of Project & Program Management that was not currently in place. Based on my previous accomplishments with MOO, I was called upon to Project Manage this initiative/program of work. Within a few months, it was recognized that the Operations team was also in need of oversight for New and BAU initiatives. My role was then elevated to that of a Program Manager for the Operations team. This new role consisted of:• Program managing efforts related to the relocation initiative• Program managing all of the A3's (Projects related to BAU and New Business) in operations• Reporting on all program milestones to leadership along with high-level project status updates• Recognizing dependencies across initiatives and working with functional leads to remedy• Engaged in high-level planning based on the progress of the existing programs of work• Develop a system for organizing program data• Working with other Program Managers to ensure the various lines of business are in sync (Commercial, Tech, People)

In January 2021, MOO recommitted to New Product Development (NPD). This change called for a Project Manager with an in depth knowledge of MOO's business model as well as their inner workings. It was a natural fit for me to move from Operations to Commercial to fill this position. In this role, I would be project managing all aspects of the NPD process from ideation to launch. It was a cross-functional role that included working with individuals from design, marketing, supply chain, operations, quality, sales, tech and Senior Leadership (SLT).Successful Projects• Sunsetting of various products/materials• Expansion of custom print elements (Copper Foil)• Developed a Gate Control process• Changed design of existing Presentation Folders• Refreshing of all Sample Packs• Launching of MOO Water Bottles• Introduced a new, sustainable packaging solution

In November 2020, the Future Team was assimilated back into the Core business model. With this action, each of the team members were reassigned to a larger team and the initiative continued to grow. Simultaneously, MOO was searching for a Head of US Manufacturing. For an interim period, I filled this role as a stop-gap solution until a permanent replacement was found (January 2021).

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MOO had to go through a reorganization and reduce staff by 2/3. With the 1/3 that remained, a small cross-functional team was created called "Future Team". Our goal was to build a new ecommerce platform that would consolidate our existing structures and be scalable.As the project manager for this initiative, it was my responsibility to work directly with the CTO to ensure the team stayed on point, had realistic objectives and was accountable for their deliverables. The goal of this team was to get to a position where the two branches of MOO could come back together and forge forward as one company again. We did this in November of 2020.
