Regional Sales Manager, Apac Region
CurrentI currently oversee the sales activities for SEKO S.p.A in the APAC region.My role includes:• Management of CN sales and marketing operations, including business activities such as back office, and commercial projects • Responsibility for the SEKO JP branch – including P&L management, HR, logistics and budgeting for the site – ensuring it is profitable and stays within the expected growth• Formulating fruitful business-development strategies to ensure long-term success, including managing targeted marketing campaigns such as the introduction of effective WeChat, YouKu and Baidu content into SEKO China’s marketing suite• Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency throughout the whole region, setting standards and objectives for all SEKO subsidiaries and streamlining the product line-up in order to optimize logistics and minimize hidden costs• Assisting ownership with decisions regarding expansion or acquisition and designing and presenting reports and analyses to the executive team• Managing a team of 30, both domestically and internationally, with an emphasis on effective collaboration and attainment of goals, overseeing and reviewing workflows, evaluating and assessing employee performance by specific KPIs and developing and mentoring the team• Managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of vacant positions, helping the company identify, hire, train and retain quality talent• Ensuring the correct positioning of multiple brands among the group portfolio and that each maintain its identity while managing the sales channels in order to gain the highest market share and avoid self competition
