I am the APAC Sales Manager for SEKO, a leading manufacturer specialised in the design and production of dosing equipment. In this role I lead the sales operation in the Region overseeing our network of subsidiaries and distributors. While I focus mainly on managing the local sales teams, my position allows me to improve internal processes, craft marketing campaigns and help the ownership positioning the multiple brands of the Group to avoid self-competition. With a work history following a path from assembly line worker to internal sales assistant, interim sales representative and now a sales manager, I have been enjoying this journey of self-improvement facing any new challenge with enthusiasm, energy and passion. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, what I like the most is the opportunity to work with the local people and craft distinguished strategies to meet the specific needs of each market.
