I’m an achievement-oriented professional with extensive experience in security management, law enforcement, and special investigations. Formerly, I worked with Concentrix as a Global Security Investigator where I owned the establishment of processes, documentation, and training necessary to establish, operationalize, and monitor the Insider Risk & Compliance Program. My background also includes serving as a Security Consultant collaborating cross-functionally across the company to minimize losses as well as an Investigations Supervisor with Cincinnati NKY Airport Police Department.In addition to my experience, I graduated from Xavier University with a Master of Science (MS) in Criminal Justice and Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology. Over the course of my career, I’ve demonstrated a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams while investigating and solving theft, fraud, and security related breaches. I also demonstrate strong expertise in utilizing interviewing and interrogation techniques to support organizational objectives.
