I perform any and all repairs and service indicated on the Vehicle Inspection Report or Repair Estimate Order in an efficient manner, prioritizing tasks to ensure all deadlines are met. I also communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.I have a background in graphic design, having studied at Chandler/Gilbert Community College and East Valley Institute of Technology, and obtained the Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) certification in 2017. I have a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, which I apply to my work as a mechanic. I also have strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, which I developed through my previous experience as an assistant manager at The Burrito Shack, where I provided feedback, resolved complaints, and trained and mentored employees. I am always willing to take on any task and adapt quickly to new needs and policies. My goal is to contribute to the team success and customer satisfaction.
