Particular experience at Board level in the development of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance capabilities, having managed a broad portfolio of complex, high value programmes. Recently providing the strategic lead for RE:ACT Disaster Response activity in Ukraine.He is a highly experience leader with a background of more than 35 years in the British Army. Since the beginning of 2022 he has provided planning advice to the Ukraine embassy in London and carried out a series of liaison/planning deployments into Ukraine, working directly with Ukrainian partners as well as the FCDO and UN.
