Managed a portfolio of 196 clients who were actively seeking employment as well as 45 students. Offered strategic planning, resume writing assistance, and career counseling to successfully find career success. Provided transition assistance services to military service members and spouses which resulted in 600+ confirmed hires. Reviewed, revised, annotated and disseminated over 340 professional resumes during a 56 week period, which averaged 7 resumes per week; translated client competencies and accolades, subsequently tailoring resumes to meet the needs of prospective employers. Achieved a product turnaround time of 1.65 days, two - days ahead of corporate standards and department directives. Had lead assessment rate of 90.13% as a result of implementing processes and methods for client - centered business practices. Conducted one day seminars in the Colorado Springs area and travelled to Idaho, Texas, and Virginia to conduct 2 day employment workshops.

Greater San Diego Area

The Submarine Learning Center's primary function is to create, coordinate and execute the future training and education vision for the Submarine Force. I measured the effectiveness and efficiency of the instructional program at Submarine Learning Center San Diego. This included evaluating all aspects of education and training programs, administration, policy and procedures, curricula, instructional methods and techniques, adequacy and utilization of training aids, facilities, testing, and student counseling. Established the performance standards and analyze the development need of over 50 Instructors.

New London/Norwich, Connecticut Area

Built a premier program from scratch while simultaneously meeting all mission requirements. In addition to leading a group of 15 Sailors through an arduous certification process and successful deployment. These efforts helped contribute toward the Hartford's winning the prestigious Arleigh Burke Fleet Trophy, awarded to the ship that has achieved the greatest improvement in the previous fiscal year.As Command Managed Equal Opportunity (CMEO) Manager served as the command equal opportunity (EO) policy specialist acting as the command's subject matter expert regarding current EO policies and practices (such as prevention of sexual harassment, fraternization, discrimination, religious accommodation, hazing, extremist groups, etc.) Also conducted all EO training and annual command climate assessments.
