Sites include Fuel Tank Farms, Copper Transit Yards and agricultural products warehousing complexes and processing plants (primarily coffee, tea, maize, rice, pulses, spices and nuts).

300m USD Titianium mine construction project in Southern Kenya. I reported directly to the Project Controller; Assisted with scheduling Construction activities to produce an integrated critical path schedule, update as required, and report potential problems/problem areas; Part of this was to analyse and report project progress and manpower requirements. Assisted Project Manager and Project Controller in presentations/reports to the Client. Supported Project Manager and Project Controller in contingency and change order management. Supported HSE team with data capture, hazard and incident reporting and safety statistics. Performed in-country petty cash management and reporting; budget forecasting, and assistance to off shore head office with month and year end financial reporting. Provided logistical support to project, including but not limited to all travel arrangements, accommodation, office supplies, local PPE, hardware and materials procurement. Maintained records and registers including but not limited to site camp accommodation & mess quantities, workforce numbers, leave rosters and work permit compliance. Acted as point of contact between client and contractors on any administrative issues. Attended and minuted all sub-contractor weekly progress meetings and meetings with the client.

Arrange conversions from locally listed ordinary shares to their depositary receipts listed on the foreign exchange (predominantly the US). Act as point of contact for all brokers executing DR conversions with regards to the conversion procedure and settlement of specific conversions. Monitor corporate action activity on the underlying shares in the UK and Ireland and translate this activity to the DR. Manage relationships with network of custodians in over 100 markets across the globe. Work on various projects relating to the DR as a financial product.

Day to day activities included the preparation of monthly investor reports on Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLO's) and their related semi anual or quarterly payment date reports. These included Monthly NAV calculations and reporting, maintaining cashflows, overseeing cash reconcilations, maintaing the asset characteristics on the loan portfolio's assets, the execution of all FX and trading activity and cash payments. I was the point of contact for all queries from our internal teams and the collateral managers and various external business partners for the deals I worked on.
