Managed Global Internal Audit Department responsible for assessing and reporting on internal operational control risks and process improvement opportunities. Developed extensive supplier audit program to assess contract compliance, recover excess billings, and identify supply chain opportunities. Developed Commercial department in the company's Rocky Mountain production division. Responsible for implementing procedures to ensure contracts were executed with all suppliers used by the division and work orders established for individual projects.
