I gained management responsibility over MeteoStar, Sutron, Adcon and other OTT HydroMet sustaining software. Management responsibilities include direct management of software and DevOps engineers along with many cross functional responsibilities across both US and Europe. Lead the consolidation of multiple offices, along with the transition into remote work under COVID, the post-COVID transition and from Danaher to Veralto. Became a certified practitioner in Transactional Process Management improving performance across multiple sites over 3 countries.
