This was my first opportunity to work in a technical role. I assisted customers with any issues they had using TRAX (image scanning software developed by EI Systems). I got the chance to work with, and learn from people who had years of experience in the area of databases and cloud computing.

Working at the tills, helping with customers, stacking shelves, grocery rotation, and general cleaning - this job kept me on my toes (literally).Dealing with customers face-to-face, as well as working together with my colleagues to run the shop, this position helped me improve on my communication and teamwork skills.

I worked part-time making food deliveries by bike in the Dundrum area.It being a self-employed role, I learned the true meaning of the phrase "time is money". I had to schedule my work hours and then hold myself accountable to stick to those hours.
