Responsible for innovating and improving the production equipments.• Developed the diagnostic software/hardware for the AD converter tester and T1 communication tester, these are in house build systems.• Created the diagnostic software/hardware for the new Flat Panel Tester.• Designed software/hardware of the impedance measurement system on VXI mainframe. This system help to quickly detecting the impedance mismatch of a large pogo ring.• Designed and developed a very famous backup system for Eagle tester and Blue Box system which were running on Windows 3.1 operating system. This software will be automatic removing unknown files on hard drives or backing up the hard drives when system scratched. This simple tool was a major improving the up time for test-floor production in that time.

Designed a remote control system, operated by solar panel for oil industry.• Developed the RTOS on the MC68332.• Using Borland C++ to develop the API program on Windows to control remotely the pipe line valve system, by using the GPS transceiver system.
