As user services manager, I oversee the CISL Help Desk, the Consulting Services Group, and several allocations processes for CISL's production supercomputing environment.

Serve as TeraGrid Area Director for User-Facing Projects and Core Services, managing staff at four sites and an annual budget in excess of $3 million to provide online user documentation, portals, and access to the high-performance computing resources operated by the TeraGrid sites. Served as Allocations Coordinator for the San Diego Supercomputer Center, managed and monitored resource allocations for HPC systems, developed reporting tools and mechanisms for resource utilization statistics, managed logistics for quarterly merit review of national requests for access to TeraGrid systems, and fielded user inquiries.
