As a veterinary receptionist at Parkway Animal Hospital, I provided exceptional customer service and care to the clients and their pets, while managing the front desk operations, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining records. I applied my communication and problem solving skills to handle various situations, such as emergencies, complaints, and inquiries, with professionalism and empathy.Prior to that, I served in the Air Force for six years as an aircrew flight equipment specialist, where I was responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing the life support equipment and survival gear of the aircrew members. I also trained and supervised other personnel in the proper use and handling of the equipment. I traveled the world and helped those who needed help, while demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and adaptability. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Medical Administration from Liberty University with a 3.7 GPA, and I was on the Dean's list three times. I have a strong interest and knowledge in health information and medical records management, and I am proficient in various software applications and systems related to this field. I am actively job searching and ready to work in a challenging and rewarding environment that aligns with my values, motivations, and goals.
