About David Vincent

I've built my career on managing complexity and driving results by leading people through change with energy and enthusiasm. As a NED, management consultant and business coach, I bring a global perspective and integrate thinking from multiple disciplines.I support individuals and organisations to move towards their best possible futures and help bring to life vision and purpose through effective and mindful engagement of stakeholders at all levels. By instilling trust and building credibility quickly, I build networks of influential stakeholders and work with them to translate strategy into meaningful opportunities, lead change, and business transformation. I draw upon a range of business tools and techniques to deliver programs using agile and lean methods, managing risk, BPI and financial outcomes.  My network and my leadership experience help me to straddle different worlds and bring senior leaders from business areas together to collaborate and solve problems around strategic planning, organisation design and technology change. I believe that strategy only comes to life when it is backed up with effective communication that is coupled with mindful leadership, and I aim to coach this through 360 degrees to empower people to participate in shaping their future realities of work.  As a recipient of coaching across all areas of my life – financial, equestrian, fitness – I am deeply conscious of the value this brings and I give back into the coaching ‘karma pool’ at every opportunity.
