As a simulations officer at US Army, I design and coordinate training events that help executives make informed decisions. I work with subject matter experts, senior leaders, and external partners to create realistic and relevant scenarios that simulate complex operational environments. I also provide feedback and guidance to improve the performance and outcomes of the training participants.I have been a soldier for eight years, serving in various leadership and advisory roles, including as a tank company commander and a platoon leader. I have managed up to 150 personnel, overseen logistics and transportation operations, and handled public relations and conflict resolution. I have a BA in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and I am pursuing an MA in Military History from the American Military University, focusing on the Civil War.I am passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to the success of my team and organization. I am looking for opportunities to transition from the Army within the next year and explore different industries and sectors.
