I manage the immigration team based in Seattle and support Fisher & Phillips offices throughout the West Coast of the United States. Leading a team of attorneys and paralegals who managed cases across the United States. Through innovation and leadership, we elevated the firm's immigration platform. This included overhaul of internal software systems and substantive material. I supported the West Coast offices of the firm including but was not limited to offices in Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. We continued our support of companies in the fields of technology, social media, engineering, energy, sports and entertainment. Taught solo and small law firm practice. A unique praticum for law students to learn the business of legal practice and management techniques. The coursework focused on MBA style learning on topics raning from strategy, vision development, sales, marketing, ethics and career development.

Washington IT developed custom CRM Solutions for service oriented businesses ranging from law firms to custom countertop makers. By consulting with companies on their sales and client communications issues, Washington IT created custom online solutions to their inefficiencies. Our customized CRM and sales tools integrated on line technology to provide customers a unique customer experience.
