I have 8 years of experience in IT sector and 14 years in manufacturing sector. My first job was in a large Engineering company. After working here for 8+ years, moved on to head the HR, Training and Admn function in a Pharmaceutical company. I worked in pharma industry for about 5.5 years before shifting over to IT sector. The Pharma company had multiple production facilities in multiple locations. Being the first employee in Bangalore, I grew the organization to 2500 people strong.I am very good at Employee Relations, designing and executing training programs. People give good feeback on my activities to motivate employees in companies where I have worked. I believe that I am excellent in visualizing and advance planning.My goal is to join a growth driven company heading HR & Training function and help the Management realize their dreams through the right people function. I also visulize to run a business function in the company where I join in due course of time.Specialties: Employee relations, Employer Identity creation and collective motivation.
