I work with ASC leadership teams to help them make the best, data-driven financial decisions for their individual centers. I believe ASCs and other outpatient care settings are critical to addressing rising healthcare costs. I know the key to an excellent, successful ASC is making the most efficient financial investments in staffing, supplies, equipment, and other operational decisions, while still maintaining world-class quality patient care. I have created and continue to maintain KPI dashboards for every major functional area at Compass, forecasting financial positions and business health, which allows Compass to make agile business decisions. I have also converted two previous companies from cash basis to GAAP, overhauling and standardizing their accounting processes. In addition to GAAP, I have experience in GASB and IFRS standards, as well as financial software implementation. I have over 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles in non-profit, pharmaceutical, and healthcare firms. I hold a Bachelors of Accounting from Columbus State University and an MBA from NC State University, with additional certificates in Finance & Data Analytics.
