As Office Manager I assist 10+ employees in various employment positions, review and correct daily operational reports, day to day billing reconciliation, month end closeout reports, all employee/customer problem solving, certified ISO 9001-2008 auditor, coordinating all ISO 9001-2008 operating procedures for branch location, correct and respond to SCAR requests from customer base. A/P and A/R reconciliation, branch trainer of computer system Eclipse, train and instruction of procedural issues for all employees, develop and execute monthly training sessions for all employees, help to supervise sales staff, assist in hiring of all new employees from interviewing to exit interviews, coordinate large sales/presentation events, knowledge of all aspects of each working department in company.
