Team managed over 600 Windows and 250 RHEL virtual machines. Each hosted Vitera Health IT solutions used by hundreds of medical practices across the US. Addressed Tier 2 and 3 support tickets, after hours security patching and Vitera updates, and built and configured a ZenOSS monitoring server to keep the team ahead of infrastructure anomalies.

Tier 2 and 3 support of a monstrous, monolithic, custom application that was irreplaceable in the daily workflow of dozens of analysts. Assumed the lead position after four months on the job. Led weekly customer status meetings establishing work priorities, quarterly software updates, problem investigation and resolution.

Golden, Co

Conducted Cu and WTi sputter depositions for research and development of a new surgical aid device. Calibrated WTi deposition thickness for reproducible, specified sheet resistance. Used photolithographic procedures to etch the tungsten-titanium top layer, exposing circuit designs on the underlying copper.

Tracked system requirements with DOORS; Scheduled and conducted technical meetings with system stakeholders; constructed process workflows.

Used Microsoft Project to establish and track schedules for the design and construction of multiple contracted projects for uranium and silver processing plants. Handled procurement of processing equipment by interfacing with suppliers for quotes, delivering purchase orders, and tracking the fabrication and delivery of the equipment.

Bagram, Afghanistan

Led a team of professionals and translators in developing and producing Psychological Operations products in support of the Coalition Forces mission in Afghanistan. Team produced leaflets, handbills, posters, billboards and radio messages.
