Managed 40+ Voluntary Benefit accounts, including 8 full Ben Admin clients. Guide groups through implementation / discovery, demo open enrollment / administrative systems for employer and employee use. Service accounts throughout their plan year and renew accounts at annual enrollment. Handle any billing / service discrepancies until resolved. Understand specific client benefits that are offered to the employee population. Provide exceptional client experience / customer service to each client's unique needs.

Determine what loan program yields to greatest net tangible benefit for the customer. Educate the customer on loan programs and prices that they may not have knowledge of, or, understand are available to them. Meet closing deadlines. Align the mortgage program with the customers goals.

Assist customers after a loss and explain their coverages, liability and the claims process. Resolve liability disputes of car accidents by interviewing the people involved and collecting evidence in order to make the most informed decision of fault. Evaluate bodily injury claims and set reserves based on probable cost for the exposure. Negotiate bodily injury claims w/customers and / or their representatives.
