I am the Assistant MEP Manager at Schwickert’s Tecta America, LLC. I started at Schwickert’s in 2001 and since then I have done basically every administrative job duty within the company. In my current position, I assist the MEP Vice President and am responsible for monitoring the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Power Vac departments operational and production processes to ensure high-quality work is being done and achieve the highest client satisfaction. I join the senior management team in implementing corporate decisions to enhance the efficiency and stability of the company to provide timely services for customers, both internally and externally. I also review financials, identify cost-reduction methods, and develop opportunities to generate revenue and increase profits. This job is a combination of administration, leadership, sales, and support that enables proper functioning of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Power Vac departments per the company’s mission and goals. I have a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to think analytically and with initiative. I thrive in an environment that allows me to contribute to larger goals and be part of a team. Some of the trainings I have participated in include Fundamentals of Leadership, Women in Leadership, Communicating Performance Feedback and Supervision Fundamentals.
