Led Account Management team for the Northern American region which consisted of 14 account managers. Managed reorganization, staffing, and internal training of employees while remaining focused on client retention and customer service support.

Managed and implemented approximately 150 independent hotels and small chains while developing the account management role and responsibilities in a start-up organization. Hired, coached and conducted systems training for both internal/external employees. For a short period of time, approximately 8 months, also managed the GDS/IDS database support team of 3 individuals.
