Responsible for managing and organizing day-to-day production operations of an in-house, high-volume marketing and advertising studio producing over 500 weekly advertising and marketing jobs originating from 900+ clients within 20+ offices. Responsible for managing production, creative, printing, trafficking, deadlines and budgets while constantly monitoring and improving process effectiveness, organizational and administrative methods ensuring brand integrity across both traditional and online mediums. Direct reports included a staff of 25.

Responsible for managing a variety of traditional and online consumer and trade advertising, banners and skyscrapers, collateral, and P.O.S. material development from estimating and trafficking through finished delivery. Proficient in all aspects of account management including interfacing with vendors, creative teams and internal clients throughout the entire creative process to ensure every project met all strategic guidelines and brand positioning requirements while delivering on time and on budget.Lines of business included Downtown Disney, International Sales & Marketing, Marketing & Special Events, Merchandise/Retail Operations, Pre-Arrival Sales, Press & Publicity, and Walt Disney Travel Company Marketing.

Responsible for managing $6 million worth of diverse projects annually from inception to delivery. Assignments included consumer and trade advertising, brand development, brochures, P.O.S. materials, style guides, video cassette/CD/DVD packaging, and website development. Also assisted in studio organization – prepared and implemented studio schedules with designers and clients, trafficked active jobs, prepared job estimates, requested and obtained all production information (art and associated materials from clients), arranged, coordinated and scheduled copywriting and photo sessions.Clients included DreamWorks SKG, Helen Grace Chocolates, King’s Seafood Company, National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Paramount Home Video, WC Designs, and Western General Insurance Company.
