CurrentMy responsibilities include:• Responsible for handling requirements from US based IT Clients.• Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up.• Working on W2.• Job postings on various job boards like Dice, Carrier Builder, Monster, LinkedIn.• Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.• Understanding the sourcing needs of the client and fulfilling them.• Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation.• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants. • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
