Drive CLCA/Process Improvements across multiple tier global Projects.Drive the measurement of key Quality metrics across various product portfolios within ISGStakeholder Management and Collaboration across different vendorsCustomer Engagement Programs within the ISG products.

Roles and Responsibilities:1) Perform Define Plan Phase Exits at the FLPR level with relevant Quality inputs and Risks (NUDDs) captured affecting Product Quality and Customer Experience for specific programs.2) Capturing the Quality Requirements for the ongoing releases and the Closed Loop Corrective Actions (CLCA)/8Ds from previous releases.3) Engage in regular Quality Status Updates in the Core team/CCB Forums for all the products which I support.4) Driving various Quality Initiatives like the "Get Healthy Initiative" with relevant Stakeholders and the "SW Evaluation Trials" with the Customers/Stakeholders to be able to get early feedback on the releases before Release to Web (RTW).5) Driving Process Improvements within the SDLC to reduce Post - RTW metrics like Customer Found Defects, SRs, Customer Calls.6) Monitoring the Pre-RTW metrics like Code Coverage, Automated Unit and Build Verification Test metrics Release on Release and support the teams to make processes more leaner and efficient. 7) Perform Monthly Call Profiling to understand the Customer pain points and create Change requests(CRs) as applicable.8) Efficient Backlog Management to address Backlog Defects and Backlog CRs RoR .9) Assessment of all the CRs in close co-ordination with IPS, Product Management and Marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Defect Assessment for each release version of the products with SYNGO. 2) Document Planning and performing quality gate reviews like R1-R5,R-Sys,R4. 3) Perform Main Reviews for every release within the projects SYNGO projects as a Quality Manager. 4) Author of the Quality Management Plan document for every release. 5) An active participant within the PSG, CCBs, Agile Retrospectives, MDSAP audits. 6) SY QMS Implementation in different projects and Impact assessment/gap analysis within projects after every QMS release.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Quality Management within Clusters including audits and milestone approvals. 2) Drive clusters towards a continuous improvement program through the initiation of an Execution plan on a yearly basis. 3) Perform Feature Audits in line teams and review the Code Review Processes Fault Management Process and Module/Functional Testing Process. 4) Conduct RCA EDA Trainings within Line teams and perform RCA EDA Audits. 5) Present Audit Findings in Cluster meetings to the management. 6) Identify Continuous Improvement Missions at Business Unit level and proactively monitor progress and drive them to closure through monthly reviews.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Co-ordinate with the management to set Short Term Quality and Efficiency KPI targets within the Product Line. 2) Perform Defect Analysis across Product Lines and present the same to the Top Management. 3) Reporting of the Product Level Scorecard, cluster and line team metrics. 4) Identify top RCA/EDA Causes after the RCA EDA Pareto Analysis for the customer faults across clusters, perform an Internal Quality review and initiate Process Improvements 5) Customer Faults Deep Dive to analyze for process improvements. 6) Process Documentation of various process areas in the Business lines. 7) Conduct Monthly CIQ Dashboard Reviews and follow up on the action plan for the Red KPIs in the dashboard. 6) Create a Process Page at Business Unit level with the Process Area details like Process Workflow, Activity Diagrams.

Roles and Responsibilities:Perform Defect Classification on the code related defects injected during development.

Roles and Responsibilities 1) Monitoring the quality of each feature through Fault Management. 2) Co-ordinate with the development team to review the test scenarios and the defect reports.
