A competent Technical Communicator, content designing comes naturally to me. My documentations are user-centric and I can completely fit myself into the end user’s shoes for creating documentations. As a Technical Communicator I simply try to understand technology and end user, and then try to make technology simpler for the end user in form of various documentations. While bridging this gap, my intent is to design content that can help enrich the end user experience with software products. By virtue of my education, experience, knowledge and expertise, I am a Technical Communicator and have created core technical documentations (majority of them from scratch single-handedly) for various organizations. Another facet of my personality is the flair creative writing. I believe, same content can be written in multiple ways depending upon the end user. That’s where my understanding of the end-user begins, which is from the very beginning! Drafting content is just a small part of any technical writing profile. Some personality traits are a must for a technical communicator, including team spirit, excellent communication, strong grammar base, collaboration spirit, sensitivity to understand the end user, structured thought pattern, content designing and editing abilities, interviewing skills, convincing skills, self-learning, initiative taking, tool knowledge, to name a few. I adhere to all these essential traits and possess each one mentioned. To summarize, I describe myself as a Technical Communicator with hands-on experience, knowledge, expertise, education and training. On the creative end, I am equally competent writer with a variety of technical content writing feathers in my cap. I am an excellent communicator, relate to technical teams and management teams equally well, possess interviewing skills, am a passionate writer and can handle projects single-handedly. These are the essential ingredients that make a writer a competent writer! .
