City Bakery Brands is the parent company of The City Bakery, Birdbath Neighborhood Green Bakery and City Bakery Catering & Events.- Direct oversight of Operations, People, Financial Administration & Brand Quality Control during six years of intense growth- Responsible for the success, development and operations of eight retail locations open everyday in Manhattan- Guardian of City Bakery’s goodwill, established over the last 25-years with customers, staff, the community & vendors- Managed the opening of ten Birdbath Bakery retail storefronts and the closing of two under-performing stores- Responsible to 125+ staff.
