With nearly a decade of experience in the maritime and transportation sector, I am currently the Vice President of PortNYC Special Projects and Sustainability at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). In this role, I lead the strategic planning, development, and management of many of NYCEDC's port and waterfront assets, as well as the implementation of sustainability initiatives and programs. I work with a diverse and talented team of professionals to support the city's economic growth, environmental stewardship, and resiliency. My core competencies include team building, project management, business strategy, and budgeting. I have a Master of Science in International Transportation Management from SUNY Maritime College, where I was awarded the Clay Maitland Scholarship and selected to present my research at the SUNY Graduate Research Series. I also have a Master's Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University, and various certifications related to the maritime and food industry. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the city's port and waterfront challenges, and contributing to the mission and vision of NYCEDC.
