My business partner, Anne Oliva, and I administered this program. The San Bruno Program was free for participants and consisted of quarterly seminars that provided participants with the information needed to understand the home buying process. We followed up with participants, providing them with counseling and helping with the development of a plan to either make purchase soon or sometime in the future. During this time we educated more than 1,200 people, and ultimately helped approximately 400 of them become homeowners. We are still in contact with many of these participants, and remain committed to helping people become homeowners.
