About Denise C.
As the Manager of Client Financial Services and Operations, I am responsible for the day to day back office team, including customer financial transactions, customer communications and business partner correspondence. I manage all personnel within my department including training, coaching, scheduling and performance evaluations. Aside from the day to day, I have a background in process improvement, system testing, ACH implementation (working with TPS and as an originator) and accounts receivables. My strengths include problem solving, data analysis, troubleshooting EDI and EFT file formats and transmissions, account reconciliation, and I am well versed in the credit card and online lending industry; acting as a liaison between consumers and 3rd party creditor and collection agencies. A little more about me….I am a quick learner and I like using technology and automation to find solutions for pain points within a business. I utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PP, Teams and other apps daily. My education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Psychology from Ohio University and 20 years financial and client operation related experience.
