  I work with a team of professional women that are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and assist in making decisions to enhance the business in operations and financially. As a member of the team my focus was to work with other team members on the companywide software, TRUX, to directly support the fleet and account management software. Responsible for training new and current employees on the TRUX software. Managed conversions, and migrations from Acquisitions and Contracts and assisted in software upgrades. Worked on conversions from FoxPro to SQL. Responsible for assisting with process improvement and procedure development within the organization. Create SQL scripts to update existing data within TRUX and work within the auditing procedures using software involved to remain SOX compliant. Other responsibilities included administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM which included preforming data imports and exports for prospects and service alerts. Assisted with training new and current mechanics on the company wide Fleet software, Dossier, and was involved in the initial start up of entering all data into software and configuring reports.Data Conversion from different software, merging data within and creating sql scripts are all part of my daily functions. I'm experienced in crystal report writing and create reports necessary to our company business.
