Responsibilities:Sales Administrative. Process orders from other dealers outside our territory that ship into Andersen’s territory. This includes, receiving the order, scheduling delivery, follow up of installation and necessary reports to be sent and invoicing the project when complete. Monthly reports compiled and sent to Raymond for product shipped to track all merchandise by serial number to each location. Biggest project was for a company who ordered 300 forklifts to one location. This was a very large project a Raymond Corporate Account. I was responsible for all the paperwork and tracking to make sure all trucks delivered, were accounted for by serial number, all installation records were obtained and turned in then invoicing the project once complete. Responsible for all stock at Andersen at all branches. Ordered replacement stock as necessary and requested. Receivable invoicing as it related to my work I processed and approved for payment. The end of each month I was required to be accountable with reports of trucks still available and trucks sold by serial number. This report was sent to Raymond directly. Administrator for the Raymond Database of customers for all sales staff and executives to keep current and up to date. Gave authorization to Andersen users as needed to specific accounts. Worked with the following software. Access, EBS – internal accounting and stock software, CRM, Raymond Database, Office365 Share Point Cloud server, Microsoft office.
