CurrentCRM (Pivotal) Business Owner (May 2018-current)o Prioritize and coordinate business and technology enhancement requirements by assessing business needs and interpreting sales, credit and technology feedbacko Writing feature requirements for the product administrator to utilize in developmento Testing of features prior to release; includes UAT and sign-off testingo Work closely with vendor and other Business Owners regarding enhancements and support issueso Manage CRM information on the intranet with regard to updates and guidance on usageo Document owner for the Manual Change Management Team on behalf of CRM Level 2 support for Business Resource Service Team Collaboration among multiple departments including Retail, Credit, Legal, Business Technology and Loan Accounting Research to provide information on new or changing processes and business needs
