Dennis Pascua is a consulting senior-level Transportation Planner with over 30 years of experience in transportation planning/traffic engineering. Mr. Pascua has successfully managed traffic and circulation impact analyses, and parking demand studies for a broad range of freeway/highway corridor, land development, and renewable energy projects in both highly urbanized and rural areas of California. In addition to his transportation experience in California, he has also managed transportation planning projects in other states (Nevada, Idaho and Texas), and abroad in the Philippines, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates. He is also knowledgeable with CEQA/NEPA, and current transportation policies (VMT, multi-modal transportation, Complete Streets, etc.).Prior to joining Dudek, he was a Transportation Planning Manager for Transpo's California offices.
