• The Franchise Trainer is responsible for:
• Teaching every aspect of the Christian Brothers Automotive retail system
• Teaching the CBA system to students (Franchisees, store staff, Home Office staff)
• Developing curriculum for in­ class and online environments
• Supporting stores on procedural issues
• Giving input to new or revised procedures

• Supervise the daily operations of a Technical Operations Center while maintaining network quality standards on multiple services
• Develop training material for Transmissions Engineers to learn new equipment and sharpen their knowledge of familiar equipment
• Integral in developing our staffs troubleshooting and restoration skills in one of the most active and effective Technical Operations Centers in the country
• Perform routine maintenance on Transmission hardware and software in order to ensure that we are delivering a quality product to our customers
• Daily duties include authenticating equipment assignments, verifying daily transmission assignments and monitoring signal quality using various types of equipment (bit stream analyzers, vector scopes and spectrum.
• Provide daily reports to Vice President level management

• Sold over $600,000 in John Deere Equipment in the first 8 Months of employment
